Employees give back to their communities year-round
ONEOK employees give back year-round, with Volunteer of the Year nominees recognized for leading with purpose and strengthening communities across ONEOK’s footprint.
ONEOK’s commitment to service is reflected in its employees, who actively engage in volunteer efforts across the company’s operating areas. Each year, Volunteer of the Year nominees are recognized for their contributions, with selection based on volunteer hours, participation across multiple causes and demonstrated leadership in community engagement.
In 2025, approximately 30 employees were nominated, representing a wide range of service activities. Employees contributed to local and regional nonprofits, supported disaster and weather-related response efforts, advanced STEM and youth education, volunteered in food security programs and participated in community and civic initiatives. This breadth of involvement reflects a culture of service across the organization.
Company-supported programs further expand this impact. During National Volunteer Month in April 2025, employees completed 50 volunteer projects involving 561 participants and more than 1,100 hours of service, in addition to independently logged volunteer hours. Many of these efforts included hands-on projects such as assembling kits for nonprofit partners, supporting local needs across the communities where ONEOK operates.
